Tintin

Twenty years ago today, Hergé left Tintin and us orphans.

My favorite morning radio airs that Steven Spielberg's Dreamworks has signed with Moulinsart S.A., owner of the IP rights on Tintin, for two albums. No information has filtered as which albums Spielberg has selected. My initial bet was for Objectif Lune and its sequel On a marché sur la Lune, but that would be cliché, wouldn't it?

Oh, and Leonardo playing Tintin, that would be a cliché ;-)

There have been all kinds of rumours floating around about the forthcoming Tintin trilogy. The plumb role of Tintin is now said to be going to either Rupert Grint or Gregory Smith.
With kind regards from Australia,
